Alex Lovorn serves as the Lead Pastor at Union Community Church, where his primary focus is shepherding the church through teaching, vision, and discipleship. He is passionate about guiding individuals toward deeper faith in Christ and equipping them to live out the gospel in meaningful ways within their homes, church, and community. Alex has a heart for mentoring and desires to see believers grow in unity, humility, and faithful obedience to God’s Word.

Alex earned his Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary after completing his undergraduate studies in Finance at the University of Alabama. He and his wife, Allison, have been married since 2014 and are blessed with one son.  Alex considers it a joy to serve alongside this congregation and has been on staff since September 2023.
