UCC Facility Rental Agreement

This Agreement is between Union Community Church ("Church"), located at 4321 Highway 32,  Wilsonville, AL 35186, and

 for facility rental. No one will be allowed to use  facilities unless and until all paperwork is received and placed on the Church calendar. 

All requests must be approved by the Board.

1. Rental Terms 

Facility: Church rents the following area(s)

Rental Period from:

Reason for Rental:

Non-church Member Only:

Non-church members $500 deposit Plus $100 per hour 

Church Member Only:

Church members: No Deposit, 10% of proceeds received from renter.

2. Liability 

• Renter indemnifies and holds the Church harmless from all claims, including injuries,  property damage, or third-party claims. 

• The Church’s liability is limited to the rental fee paid. 

3. Renter Responsibilities 

• Clean-Up: Remove decorations, equipment, and trash. Return premises to original  condition. 

• Damage: Renter covers repair costs and must report damage immediately. • Use: Premises are for agreed purposes only; no illegal activities. 

• Security: Church may require security at Renter’s expense. 

4. Restrictions 

• No alcohol unless pre-approved per local laws. 

• No smoking on Church property. 

• Noise must be reasonable; amplified sound requires approval. 

• Parking in designated areas only.

5. Cancellation 

• Renter may cancel in writing 1 week prior to the rental date for a full deposit refund. Late cancellations forfeit deposit. 

• Church may cancel for emergencies, refunding all payments.

6. Payments 

• Deposit due at signing, applied to total fee. 

• Remaining balance due 3 days before event. 

  
  

7. Access 

• Renter may access premises only during the agreed rental period. Extensions require  written approval and may incur extra charges.

8. Additional Terms 

• High-Risk Activities: Renter must collect waivers if required.

• Insurance: Church may require a Certificate of General Liability Insurance.

9. Remedies 

• Church may cancel and evict Renter for any violations without refund.
